Introduction

Welcome to Yontara! This guide will walk you through setting up your family's reward system in just a few minutes. By the end, you'll have a working task system that motivates your kids through fun and rewards.

Getting Started with Yontara

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit app.yontara.com and sign in with your Google account. You'll automatically be set up as a parent (manager) account, giving you full control over tasks, rewards, and approvals.

Step 2: Create Your Family Group

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create a family group. Give it a name (like 'The Smith Family') - this is where all your family members will be connected.

Step 3: Invite Your Children

Navigate to the Group settings and tap 'Invite Member'. Enter your child's email address and select 'Managed User' as their role. They'll receive an invitation link to join.

  • Set up family group with a name

  • Create your first task
  • Add items to the reward shop

Step 4: Create Your First Task

Go to the Tasks section and tap 'Create Task'. Start simple - try 'Make Your Bed' with a 1-sticker reward. Set it to repeat daily, and assign it to your child.
