How Purchases Work

Your child browses the shop and taps 'Buy' on an item they want. This creates a pending purchase request that appears in your manager dashboard.

Reviewing Requests

In your dashboard, you'll see pending purchases. Review each one - check if the timing is appropriate and if they have enough stickers.

Approval Considerations

• Does the child have enough stickers?
• Is this an appropriate time for the reward?
• Have they completed their required tasks?
• Is there a reason to delay (dinner time, bedtime)?

Approving vs Denying

When you approve, stickers are deducted and the item goes to their inventory. If you deny, explain why - this is a teaching moment about timing and priorities.

Push Notifications

Enable notifications to get alerts when purchase requests come in. This helps you respond quickly and keeps kids engaged.
